Shipping Policy

1.INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Custom Orders
We use DHL/UPS/FEDEX for our international shipping. All orders will be charged a price according to location and DHL express delivery costs. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Topumedical does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Please contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions prior to ordering.

2.ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY
Please do include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, We will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

3.ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders will receive an email confirmation. You will receive a 2nd notification email with tracking details on dispatch. We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

4.SHIPPING TIME

Most of our items ordered from our website now could be shipped out within 3 working days.

Currently, our shipping methods are as follows:

   UPS:7-12business days

Shipping rates are based on weight, the number of Topumedical products ordered, and your selected delivery address. Shipping rates are displayed during the checkout process.

Topumedical partners with UPS, UPS-MI, FedEx, USPS  or other shipping methods to ship your packages.

Transit Time: For countries and regions we can deliver to, the referenced transit time is 7-35 business days. 

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

5.Incorrect Address

Please verify your address when ordering, we are unable to fix an incorrect shipping address on an order once it is in transit. If your order is in transit with an incorrect address, please reach out to your carrier to reroute the package. Topumedical is not able to have packages rerouted or contact the carrier on your behalf.

Refunds will not be issued for packages that were shipped to an incorrect address but it may be possible for a replacement package to be sent, please contact the customer service team to see if you are eligible.
