QUICK START GUIDE TO TAKING BLOOD PRESSURE
Fasten the Cuff
After 15 minutes of inactivity, wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist.
Align Unit with Wrist
Confirm that the unit is 0.4”-0.8” from the bend of your wrist.
Position Your Arm
Reset your arm on a flat surface and raise the unit to heart level. Press the power button to take your reading. The cuff will automatically inflate.
